What data we process
Contact form
Name, email, message content. Processed via Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA).
Client portal
Client login code and company name, stored in a Supabase database (Frankfurt region, EU). Access is protected by login; no data is stored in browser cookies or local storage beyond the active session.
The website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. We do not collect behavioral data beyond standard server logs from our hosting provider (Vercel).
Purpose and legal basis
Contact form data is processed to respond to inquiries — legal basis is legitimate interest (handling the request).
Portal data is processed for the performance of the client contract (access to consulting deliverables, margin calculator).
Retention period
Contact form messages are kept for 12 months after submission, then deleted. Portal data is kept for the duration of the engagement plus 12 months after termination, then deleted unless law requires otherwise.
